On December 1, 2009, Cape Software released its latest version of VP Link. The HMI is now powered by Revolution. Revolution is an excellent product that will help Cape move VP Link to the next level.

On November 20, 2009, Honeywell accepted Cape Software as a PKS Advantage Partner.

On November 16, 2009 ConocoPhillips Rodeo Refinery awarded Cape Software the project to create a custom operator training simulator for their Coker/Crude complex.

On September 30, 2009 Praxair awarded Cape Software the project to create a custom operator training simulator for their Hydrogen Plant in Richmond, CA.

On September 28, 2009, Kirk Fontenot joined Cape Software as their Sales Manager. Kirk has been working in the process control industry in managerial, sales and engineering positions for the past 16+ years.

On August 10, 2009, Jignesh Bhojani joined Cape Software as a Process Simulation Engineer. Jignesh has been working in the chemical industry as a process and simulation engineer for the past 4+ years.

On March 27, 2009 PCS Nitrogen awarded Cape Software the project to create a custom operator simulator for their Urea Unit in Trinidad & Tobago.

In 2009, Cape Software implemented an operator training simulator for the Nuclear Waste Treatment Unit at the Idaho National Labs for the Department of Energy.

In 2009 ExxonMobil used Cape Software to test and validate there DCS and SIS systems for their Singapore project.

In 2008, Shell Offshore has awarded Cape Software the project to create a custom operator training simulator for their Perdido Platform.

In 2008 Cape Software implemented an operator training simulator for a LNG terminal at Sabine Pass, TX for ExxonLNG.

On January 8, 2008, Anthony Fick joined Cape Software a Process Simulation Engineer. Anthony has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.

In December 2007, Chirag Desai joined Cape Software a Process Simulation Engineer. Chirag has a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

In October 2007, Sivasanthosh Komirelly joined Cape Software a Process Simulation Engineer. Siva has a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University.
